The School of Education and the Arts offers a wide selection of courses in the areas of education, digital media, professional communication, creative and performing arts, humanities, hospitality, early childhood, education support and visual arts. Study options range from short courses to certificate and diploma level courses along with a wide range of undergraduate, postgraduate and research higher degrees.
Your role will encompass a variety of tasks including providing high-level client service, managing administrative tasks such as organising meetings and handling email inquiries. Additionally, you will assist with timetabling and casual staff processes and maintain accurate records management systems, ensuring efficient and organised operations.
You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and bring with you your ability to use your initiative and problem-solving skills to complete tasks within set timeframes, while delivering a high level of customer service to others. Position Requirements
- Proficient in the operation of computers including knowledge of business support software including word, spread sheeting, database systems and email.
- Proven time management and problem-solving skills with demonstrated initiative and ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively in a team-based work environment.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Completion of year 12 with relevant work experience; or equivalent relevant experience or combination of relevant experience and education/training.
