UNSW Canberra Space are seeking a talented individual to collaborate with our Senior Research Fellow and chief investigators in cutting-edge cyber resilience and AI research. Your role will involve developing hardware and software for a constellation of satellites, interfacing with advanced technology like FPGA-based satellite flight computers and NVIDIA Jetson Nano edge computing devices. If you have experience in embedded systems and a passion for space technology, this is your chance to contribute to groundbreaking research in satellite formation, space surveillance, Earth observation, and more. Who You Are:
Our ideal candidate will have:

• Degree in Software, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming
• Experience in electronics circuit board design and manufacture, using Altium Designer or similar software
• Expertise in embedded systems development, including FPGA, ARM, and/or RISC-V processors, as well as hardware device control and communication protocols
