About the role:

We are currently seeking a Partnerships Development Coordinator to the University in support of a major strategic program to grow student numbers as part of our Education Transformation and Growth Program (ETaG).

As the Partnerships Development Coordinator, you will work under the broad direction of the Senior Partnerships Development Coordinator to support the growth and transformation of the University's educational partnerships. Your role will actively contribute to achieving strategic objectives within ETaG program of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and supporting new business opportunities by working closely with internal stakeholders.
  • Aid in the preparation of research, assessment, and due diligence of prospective partnerships.
  • Facilitate and coordinate the administrative processing of international and domestic partnership agreements.
  • Conduct or evaluate financial assessments of partnership opportunities.
  • Participate in negotiations with external institutions/partners.
  • Coordinate partnership engagement activities to strengthen relationships.
  • Support the organisation of visits and delegations related to educational partnerships.

To be successful in this role, you will be:

  • Versatile and pro-active.
  • Confident in communication and presentations.
  • Good at rapport building and management of stakeholder relations.
  • Experienced with Partnerships (highly regarded)
  • Adept at thinking creatively and identifying new partnership opportunities.
