We are seeking a motivated professional with strong organisational and administrative skills to fill the role of College Administration Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating various administrative tasks including student activities such as processing grades, responding to student inquiries, scheduling and timetabling, and drafting documents to support the students and the College's operations.
You will have the chance to work closely with academic and professional staff, students, and the wider community. Your excellent communication skills will help you to provide exceptional customer service while ensuring the College is operating smoothly. Position Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with clients from all levels and backgrounds and deliver a responsive client service.
- Proven time management and problem-solving skills with demonstrated initiative and ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively in a team-based work environment.
- Knowledge and proficiency to effectively operate University operating systems and business support software.
- Ability to quickly acquire knowledge about relevant policies, procedures, programs and requirements.
