About the opportunity:

In this role, we seek a stakeholder-focused professional who excels in collaborative environments and is enthusiastic about working alongside like-minded individuals within a close-knit team. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the seamless functioning of administrative and academic committees, active engagement of stakeholders, and achievement of organizational objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing invoicing processes, expense management and reconciliation tasks to maintain financial records.
  • Overseeing various administrative and academic committees, ensuring they function effectively.
  • Collaborating with committee members to set agendas, schedule meetings, and track action items.
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing their requirements on a timely basis.
  • Providing administrative support to the Research Manager and the Associate Dean, Research, sourcing data and information related to research in the faculty
