About the role:

The Educational Partnerships Office is a support hub within the University, dedicated to fostering strategic global connections and robust partner engagement for the university. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the Manager of Partnerships Engagement and Development. Reporting to the Deputy Director Educational Partnerships, this role requires a blend of high-level strategic acumen, technical proficiency, and project management expertise. The incumbent will lead the establishment, engagement, and management of both new and existing global education partnerships, aligning closely with our strategic partnership goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating robust engagement with internal and external stakeholders, managing the establishment of productive partner relationships.
  • Reviewing partnership policies and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Providing strategic guidance and professional advice in establishing and managing. partnerships to achieve strategic targets.
  • Lead the development of key operational resources.
  • Managing staff in the educational Partnerships team.
  • Partnership business development.
  • Preparing and presenting reports and papers to executive management group.

To be considered you will have:

  • Tertiary qualification (preferred but not essential).
  • Experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
  • Strong engagement and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Working well under pressure and good time management skills.
  • Cultural sensitivity to effectively navigate international partnerships.
  • Self-motivated and independent.
