Rural Clinical School of WA (RCSWA)
- Based in regional Western Australia
- Part-time, 0.1FTE appointment on a fixed term basis until 31 March 2025
- Base salary range: Level 7, $95,737 - $106,223 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation

About the team
The Rural Clinical School of Western Australia is a unit within the UWA Medical School which provides rural clinical training for WA medical students. The RCSWA Regional Training Hubs network is situated across multiple sites in regional WA to develop and enhance regional training pathways, aimed at increasing the quantity and quality of the rural workforce and in turn improve health outcomes in rural and remote Australia.
About the opportunity
As the appointee you will work with the Regional Training Hubs Team Leader to oversee the coordination of the GP Psychiatric Education program. This will involve liaison with staff and external stakeholders in the planning, development, implementation and financial management of the GP Psychiatric Education Program.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will demonstrate:
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent competency
- Substantial relevant senior administrative experience at an appropriate level
- Highly developed organisational skills and demonstrated ability to set priorities and to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently, show initiative and work productively as part of a team
- Ability to supervise a small team and provide training and development
