Full-time equivalent base salary will be in the range $78,871 - $105,004 + 17% Superannuation (Academic Level A)

About These Opportunities
The School of Dentistry have two opportunities for Clinical Associate Lecturers. In these roles, you will focus on clinical teaching, clinical research and service and engagement. You will be supported by senior academic staff with the expectation of an increasing degree of autonomy over time.
Key responsibilities will include:
Teaching: Develop an emerging teaching profile, assist in course material development, collaborate on curriculum design, undertake clinic teaching, provide academic counselling and advice for students, and adhere to university teaching rules.
Research: Publish quality research in reputable outlets, participate in research funding support applications, collaborate on joint research projects, contribute to knowledge and research translation, develop a research program and emerging research profile, and utilise best practice research methodologies.
Supervision and Researcher Development: Supervise students, recruit and manage employees, provide performance feedback and training, resolve conflicts, and ensure correct remuneration and benefits.
Citizenship and Service: Develop partnerships, demonstrate leadership through mentoring, engage in internal service roles and committees, perform administrative functions, provide support to colleagues, and uphold university values.

About You
You will be able to demonstrate:
Completion or near completion of an advanced professional qualification or Higher Degree by Research in the discipline area.
An emerging profile in clinical teaching and/or clinical research in the discipline area.
Industry knowledge and experience in a general or specialist capacity.
Evidence of quality clinical teaching at undergraduate, postgraduate (as appropriate) and/or professional entry level and collaboration in course coordination.
Some experience in meaningful internal service roles and strong contributions towards external activities that foster links within the profession within the relevant specialty.
