About the opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic team! This role involves timetabling, which requires a keen eye for detail and adaptability, particularly when navigating unexpected challenges.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate closely with faculty academics to create and manage timetables for current and future semesters.
  • Handle workload allocation and process contracts with precision and efficiency.
  • Tackle last-minute changes with creative problem-solving skills.
  • Assist the administration team with various tasks, including finance and credit card reconciliation.
