Are you looking to kick-start your career while learning new skills across campaigns, paid media and design? Do you have strong interpersonal skills, fantastic time management and organisation skills, and is comfortable juggling multiple projects?

Working within a supportive, fun, multi-disciplinary team, the Workflow Coordinator will report to the Media Strategist and hold a versatile role that supports campaign and graphic design deliverables.

You will learn how to arrange media placements and organise material dispatch to publishers. You will also set-up advertisements across paid media channels including search, social media, radio, television, outdoor and more.

In this role you will also work closely with our in-house design studio, supporting the traffic coordination of design requests and communicating with internal stakeholders and print vendors.

To be considered for this opportunity you will need previous experience in a marketing, media or design area and a degree in Marketing or Communications would be highly regarded.
