We are on the hunt for an inspiring leader to take on the role of Associate Dean in Work-Integrated Learning (ADWIL) in the Faculty of Arts and Design, to continue to grow the Faculty’s extensive and vibrant Work Integrated Learning (WIL) program.

Working with the Dean and Faculty Executive you will lead industry engagement whilst ensuring the WIL program is led and staffed effectively. With a strong focus on stakeholder engagement this role will see you facilitate and coordinate collaboration and communication with central areas of the University including Careers UC and Learning and Teaching.

In this role you will develop and implement cross-faculty strategies and engage with industry, community, and government representatives to continue to grow the faculty’s partnerships and programs. You will drive WIL research and scholarship in the faculty and develop staff capability in this area. You will also promote the Faculty’s WIL programs across the University and to domestic and international audiences.

To be considered for this opportunity you must hold a Master’s Degree or PhD in Communications / Marketing or within an applicable field, in conjunction with Work-Integrated Learning related experience.

This opportunity requires you to start by August 2022 ready for semester 2.
