We now have two positions available as Lecturer, Occupation Therapy (OT).  One is a full-time continuing position and the other is a full time, fixed term position to 31 December 2024.  We are looking for occupational therapists with diverse evidence based clinical experience. These positions are both based at the JCU Townsville Bebegu Yumba Campus, Douglas.
What you can accomplish in the Role
Joining a passionate team of academics, you will work within the undergraduate Occupational Therapy programs at JCU. These positions focus on contributing to the on-going curriculum development and implementation of core OT as well as service subjects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a motivated, collegial and enthusiastic team, and participate in discipline-related research opportunities.
What you will bring to the Role
As a dedicated and experienced occupational therapist, you will have a degree in Occupational Therapy from a program which has been endorsed by the World Federation of Occupational Therapists (WFOT) and either currently hold or be eligible for professional registration in Australia. With a commitment to best practice in the education of occupational therapy students as well as contributing to the expansion of the discipline within North Queensland, will see you succeed in this position.  These exciting and rewarding positions will see you making a real difference in meeting the unique needs of the populations in rural, remote and tropical regions
