The People and Diversity team is looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Advisor with a sourcing and research focus. The People & Diversity business areas is innovative and flexible with foundations in good practice supported by effective and efficient policy, process and technology.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Partner, the successful candidate will be responsible for the proactive sourcing of talent across all the Universities faculty’s and business areas. The Talent Acquisition Advisor will build community/professional relationships and execute creative and innovative sourcing strategies. This role will suit candidates that have previously worked in a similar role or as an agency or in-house recruiter.

This is a brand-new position in the Talent Acquisition team and a fantastic opportunity to make this role your own and add value to UC with your well-developed experience and skills in sourcing candidates for hard to fill roles. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about talent acquisition and enjoy working in a collaborative and collegial team.
