Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Senior Executive Coordinator to support the Office of Vice Chancellor in a wide range of executive duties. Reporting to the Director of the Office of Vice Chancellor you will play a key role in the management of the Strategy and Planning Group as well as the Executive Group by providing high level coordination duties. You will contribute to the executive team by providing strategic advice, project management and executive level stakeholder engagement.

You will have demonstrated experience in providing background information for an executive to support informed decision making as well as a strong background in drafting and writing complex communications at an executive level.
