The Opportunity
- Permanent full time 35 hours per week role
- Salary starting at $87k (depending on experience) + 17% superannuation
- Kensington Campus location - Sydney
Reporting to the Senior Recruitment Product Manager, the Faculty Recruitment Officer is responsible for driving faculty product portfolio management and achievement of program level recruitment targets for a small faculty (i.e. Medicine, Law, BE or A&D). This role is the faculty product marketing expert who optimises the positioning of faculty programs, improves depth of product recruitment knowledge and drives tailored faculty recruitment activity, via centrally driven and bespoke faculty recruitment activity.
This role is instrumental in the setting and achievement of program level future student load planning targets and works alongside faculty stakeholders to develop new programs ensuring sustained future growth for the faculty product portfolio.
This role is a key point of contact between Faculty Academics and the Divisions of External Relations Business Partners, balancing the faculty needs whilst working collaboratively with the Central Recruitment Partnerships Teams (Onshore and Offshore), Marketing Strategy and Content Team to deliver better outcomes for overall UNSW community.

About the Successful Applicant
As the Faculty Recruitment Officer, you will have strong back in product management or product marketing the successful applicant will have the ability to balance strategic outcomes with pragmatic short-term requirements to deliver successful outcomes and excellent relationship management skills to ensure successful outcomes.
