There currently exists an exciting opportunity for a client service oriented individual to join this dynamic team as Purchasing and Stores Coordinator. The role will see you working with enthusiastic Faculty staff and research students from a diverse range of backgrounds and specialist areas. The successful incumbent will have a unique experience liaising with various suppliers to source consumables and equipment across the spectrum of medical science, environmental and IT and technology. Please note the role will also involve manual handling and the requirement to operate trolleys and plant equipment.

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience in purchasing; including maintaining and developing online purchasing systems and records. Whilst not compulsory, previous experience in a science store environment would be highly regarded.

Due to the nature of this role in handling substances of a security concern, it is a requirement for the successful applicant to undergo and satisfy a National Police Check.
