The University is currently seeking to fill the position of Researcher Development Leader in the Graduate Research Office. We are looking for an experienced, creative and energetic professional to design and deliver UC's Researcher Development (ReD) program.

You will have a strong understanding of the Higher Degree by Research landscape and experience to identify and deliver a program of academic skills development for HDR candidates and academic staff, including Early Career Researchers and supervisors.

Working closely with key stakeholders across the university including faculties and administrative units, the Researcher Development Leader will identify development needs and engage discipline and cohort specific expertise to deliver research training activities. You will be responsible for achieving high levels of participation in the UCReD Program, monitoring attendance, quality and satisfaction levels.

To be successful in this role, you should have prior experience in project management and should have worked in a similar role. You should have an ability to multitask and be able to engage with multiple stakeholders. Qualifications at doctoral level are desired, but not mandatory.
