Reporting to the Deputy University Secretary, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of a high-quality Policy Framework and the administration of the policy database. You will be expected to develop and maintain policy related functions and provide required support to the policy developers. You will also be responsible for maintain the University’s Compliance Register.

To be successful in this role you will be a positive and diligent team member with previous policy and compliance experience, preferably within the higher education sector. You will be known for your capacity to produce quality work within an outcome-oriented environment, being able to work autonomously and as part of a team under direction.

You will have the ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities, as well as a proactive approach to supporting the unit’s stakeholders. Your well-developed communication skills and attention to detail will be key, as you will work with a range of stakeholders including senior members of the University.

A relevant degree in business or a law degree/background will be highly regarded.
